Answer: Many ISPs have started requiring users to authenticate their account information before sending e-mail. This is supposed to cut down on spam. The setting for you mail application can be found by searching the Help file for "authentication>"

This virus goes by several names, but basically disables your computers antivirus and firewall protection and can corrupt Windows system files.
