Question: I can't send e-mail  
Question Details: For some reason I suddenly can't send e-mail. I can receive mail just fine.  
Answer: Many ISPs have started requiring users to authenticate their account information before sending e-mail. This is supposed to cut down on spam. The setting for you mail application can be found by searching the Help file for "authentication>"  

Question: I'm getting a popup from Antivirus 2009 saying I'm infected.  
Question Details: This pop-up suggests I download a removal tool.  
Answer: This is an indication you have a "trojan horse" virus. This virus goes by several names, but basically disables your computers antivirus and firewall protection and can corrupt Windows system files.
